These terms and conditions of sale ("Terms") apply to all sales made on the DJICapture.de website between the company DJICapture and any buyer (hereinafter "the Customer"). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
The products offered for sale are those listed on the site at the time of viewing. DJICapture reserves the right to modify the catalog at any time. Photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
Prices are shown in euros including VAT, at the rate applicable in Germany. Delivery fees are shown before order confirmation. DJICapture reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of the order.
The Customer places an order online. The order is only final after payment confirmation. If a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, the Customer will be notified and may choose between an equivalent product or a full refund.
Payment is due immediately upon ordering and is made by instant SEPA transfer. The transfer details are provided after order confirmation. All ordering steps are secured by SSL/TLS protocol. DJICapture reserves the right to cancel an order in case of non-receipt of payment or any irregularity observed.
Delivery times are indicative. DJICapture cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier. The risk of loss or damage to the product is transferred to the Customer upon handover to the carrier.
In accordance with §§ 312g and 355 of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch, BGB) regarding distance contracts, the Customer has a statutory period of 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. This period is extended to 30 days by DJICapture. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return, in accordance with § 357 BGB.
Products benefit from the statutory warranty against defects of conformity provided for in §§ 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB) (Sachmängelhaftung), with a limitation period of two years from delivery in accordance with § 438 BGB. The 12-month DJI manufacturer warranty also applies to all our products, in addition to the statutory warranty.
DJICapture cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products. DJICapture's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
The data collected is necessary for processing orders. It is never resold to third parties. In accordance with the GDPR, you may exercise your rights via our Privacy policy.
In the event of a dispute, the Customer shall first contact DJICapture to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Berlin shall have jurisdiction. German law applies.
